DEN HAAG, ZH — From my office in the Gemeente building at Spui in Den Haag I saw a blackobject to the North West. It was not entirely spherical but slightly diamond-shaped. I was travelling slowly (100mph) and appeared to be slowly rotating. It was shining in the suns reflection one side. It left my view behind a building before I could take a photo. I thought at first it was an air balloon as it was about the same size but it was too different to be this and behaved differently.
