Location: Zeeheldenkwartier, The Hague. South Holland
Latitude: 52° 0705° N, 4, 3007° E.
Notes: notes taken less than (2 minutes) after sighting

Duration

01. Duration of sighting: 1 second (±). No more than 1.25 sec in total.
02. Description: circular or maybe elliptical in shape. Very bright white light but, not so bright that an observer would look away.
03. Movement: unlike a plane, drone, helicopter or satellite. Motion more in line with the smoothness of a ‘frisby’ in full flight; smooth and fast.
04. Estimated altitude of anomaly: (40/45°).
05. Estimated altitude: (±) 1000/2000 meters
06. Estimated distance from observer: 1km (±).
07. Estimated speed of anomaly: travelled 50/70° in (1.25 sec).
08. Estimated size of anomaly: (0.5°) maybe slightly larger but not smaller.
09. Flight observables: due to witness location, could not see a vanishing point of anomaly, only mid-flight observation.
10. Sound of anomaly: due to witness location, no sound heard. but can still hear helicopters and planes at location when window closed.

11. Direction of travel: North, Northeast.
12. Flight pattern if any: linear.
13. Flight pattern repeated: (Not applicable).
14. Cloud cover, above or below anomaly: cloudy, but not overcast and to my recollection; anomaly below low cloud cover.
15. Other craft in pursuit e.g. military helicopters: No.
16. Navigation lights. Red, Green, White: none observed

In addition: I would like to add, I’m Pritty much certain of its apparent size of (0.5°). If the anomaly was approximately 1km away from the observer, it would have a diameter of (8.7 m). If approximately 2km away from the observer, it would have a diameter of (17.5 m). Assuming the anomaly was a solid and not a in a plasma/gaseous state.

I did a background check. No meteorites large enough to give a grand display entered over Netherlands at (02:18) on the morning of the 4th of November 2025. I’m ruling out satellite’s entries. The Leonid’s meteor shower will reach it peak on the 17th of this month. I’m ruling out the planets, as I’m an armature astronomer and know a planet when I see one. The anomaly was an entity and not lights on a structured object. The observation was made from a darkened room through a closed window and no light reflected on windowpanes. The vanishing point of the anomaly was restricted due to a neighboring tree.
